By completing your Reservation, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and any other provisions that may have been provided to you during the booking process.

• Validity: If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is (or becomes) invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall remain in effect to the maximum extent permitted by law, and you shall remain bound by the remaining provisions of these Terms and Conditions.
• No Cancellation / Modification: The reservation cannot be cancelled or modified once it has been confirmed.
  
• Advance Payment: The total amount of the reservation will be charged to your credit card at the time the booking is confirmed.
  
• No-Show Policy: In the event of failure to arrive at the accommodation on the scheduled arrival date, no refund of the amount paid will be issued.
  
• Exceptions: No refunds will be granted under any circumstances, except where required by law or in cases of duly justified force majeure, at the sole discretion of the establishment.
